Order Confirmations
By email confirmation, it is our procedure to validate requests. Receiving the email ties the consumer to their commitments as defined in the Section on Billing and Payments contained in this agreement. Receiving an email receipt does NOT represent an arrangement outside the receipt’s stated information. You can request that a receipt be sent to you by mail. Your e-mail copy would act as your official receipt if you do not receive a receipt by mail. Anyone who “logs in” to our customer side acknowledges that they have received a receipt and will be bound by the Billing and Payments terms and conditions below. We reserve the right to deny service without advance warning and at our discretion.

Materials and Content
Written permission to be used or distributed by any user of the website is required for ALL materials and content offered by Xmedia Solutions or posted on www.xmediasolution.com. The sole property of Xmedia Solution is any material created by Xmedia Solution and seen on the website. This includes, but is not limited to Product Naming, Generation of Reports, Images, Customer Details, Content, and Generated Accounts.

Termination
“Xmedia solution has the right to terminate your account for any reason at any time and you have the right to terminate your account at any time for any reason under the guidelines of our Billing and Payments Section for “the customer” or “account manager.

Billing and Payments
Xmedia maintains unique billing and payment practices. This includes, but is not restricted only to PPC lead production, Ecommerce PPCs including SEOs (and all add-ons), blogs, all items sold by xmedia (and all addons). A credit card or check can be used for purchases (in some instances). Any money spent on a third-party (specifically search engines) account by Xmedia cannot at any time be refunded. No refundable set-up payments for establishment and formation of accounts.

Unless otherwise mentioned by the buyer at the point of sale, ALL accounts are subject to a recurrent payment period. Customers who want to be withdrawn from recurrent status must call Xmedia at least twice an hour prior to the due date of their next payment at 800-875-2129. The customer is entirely responsible for calling Logical Location in order to terminate his account.

Credit Card purchases MUST be accepted successfully through Xmedia in order for accounts to stay life and operational to avoid downtime or immediate end of the operation.

Third-Party Disclosure
XMEDIA USES THIRD PARTNERS FOR DIFFERENT GOODS AND RESOURCES AND CANNOT HOLD RESPONSIBLE FOR THIRD PARTIES’ LOSS

Represenation and Warrenties
Each group promises that it has the right and power to enter into this arrangement and will thoroughly recognize THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS expressed within this agreement.
